Preparation:
- Remove the bacon slices from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
- Remove the bacon from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature.
- Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon strips for 4-8 minutes until brown on all sides.
