Naturally pure ox white
Ox white is rendered in our artisan butcher's shop. It is pure rendered suet; we do not use any other fat. As a result, it has high heat resistance and does not burn at high temperatures.
Pure natural ox white is an all-natural product, which is naturally rendered without any other processing or additives.
Meuk-free, i.e. without antibiotics, E numbers or other junk. Ox white is made from grass-fed natural cattle, such as Hereford, Limousin or Scottish Highlander.
