Organic chicken hearts
These antibiotic-free chicken hearts have a firm bite, but are certainly not tough. The hearts are very tasty and taste intensely of chicken.

Ingredients:
100% antibiotic-free chicken.

Preparation:

• Take the chicken hearts out of the freezer and leave to defrost in the fridge.
• Rinse the chicken hearts, pat them dry and cut them in half.
• Season the hearts with salt and pepper.
• Heat the butter and half the oil in a high frying pan.
• Fry the hearts with chopped onion in the butter when the foam has disappeared.
• Fry them for 10 minutes until golden brown on medium heat.
