This organic chicken fillet is low in fat. Besides, chicken is the most versatile piece of meat that can easily be marinated and prepared.

Ingredients:
Organic chicken.

Preparation:
Take the chicken out of the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
Let the chicken come to room temperature from the fridge.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a high frying pan.
Fry the chicken in the butter when the foam has disappeared.
Fry the chicken for 5 minutes until nicely browned on medium heat.
Put a lid on the pan, lower the heat and let the chicken roast gently for another 5 minutes, turning the meat halfway through.
