Unique flour-free Bovine liver sausage. This incredibly delicious liver sausage is firm, easy to slice and has a spicy flavour with a mild liver aroma. Traditionally made in our own butcher's shop. As it contains no additives - such as flavour enhancers, sugar, colour salts or other stuff - this liver sausage has a very pure taste. This liver sausage consists of 50% beef liver. Delicious with tapas or with drinks, but of course also delicious on bread or on the go.
