These antibiotic-free drumsticks (underside of a leg) can be roasted, but are also delicious on the BBQ. The meat of the drumstick is juicy and firm.

Ingredients:
100% antibiotic-free chicken.
Preparation:
- Take the chicken out of the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
- Let the chicken come to room temperature from the fridge.
- Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a high frying pan.
- Fry the chicken in the butter when the foam has disappeared.
- Fry the chicken for 5 minutes until nicely browned on medium heat.
- Put a lid on the pan, lower the heat and let the chicken roast gently for another 5 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.
