This organic chicken carcass can be used to make delicious chicken stock. Chicken stock is a real boost and contains many vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients:
Organic chicken.
Preparation:
Take 2 carcasses from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
Put 1.5 litres of water in a soup pan and add the carcasses.
Bring to the boil with carrot, leek and onion and simmer for about 2 hours (possibly on a heat divider).
Strain the soup.
