Minced beef with beef heart
Grass-fed beef mince with heart contains 1 part beef liver and 4 parts beef mince. You can make burgers and meatballs out of it, but it can also go through pasta, in oven dishes and tortillas.

Ingredients:
100% grass-fed beef.
Preparation:
Remove the minced meat from the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge.
Mix the minced meat with the egg yolk, breadcrumbs, minced meat seasoning and salt.
Leave this mixture covered in the fridge for ± 30 minutes.
Shape it into balls.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Fry the balls in the butter when the foam has disappeared. Brown the meat for around 2 minutes on medium heat.
Deglaze the meat with ± 0.25 litres of water and leave the balls to simmer in the pan for half an hour with the lid at an angle.
